Space Rental
You bring the workshop, the students, and the vision, we provide the space. You're responsible for registration, fee collection, and promoting your own event.

We host workshops and events that align with TVP's mission — nature, ecology, art, and creativity in some form. If you're not sure your event fits, just ask.

$75/hour, 2-hour minimum, or $400 for 6 hours. Thirty minutes of setup and breakdown time is included at no charge.

If you'd like, we're happy to list your event on our website and share it once on our social media/newsletter, using marketing materials you provide.

FACILITIES
We provide tables, chairs, a workspace, and access to a sink. We have a variety of options to teach indoors or outdoors on our beautiful 4.5-acre property. We are located in Troutdale, OR, just 25 min from Portland. 

Please note, we are private property with a residence. We can accommodate up to 16 cars on site. Please keep that in mind when determining workshop size.

Through workshops, a residency program, and community art projects The Verdancy Project offers creatives the use of our land, woodlands, fields, creek, and more as a living laboratory to explore, research, and create. We believe in the creative relationship between the land, art, and science.
